Baked eggs with cheese

Here’s a tasty recipe for baked eggs with cheese:

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing)
  • Optional toppings: fresh herbs (parsley, chives), diced tomatoes, spinach, or mushrooms

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Grease the dish: Butter or lightly grease 2 small ramekins or oven-safe bowls.

  3. Add cream and cheese: Pour 1 tablespoon of heavy cream or milk into each ramekin. Sprinkle a little cheese in the bottom of each dish (save some cheese for topping later).
